The Refresh is a journey that gives you that much needed recharge and is based on my 18 years of research. Our air, water, foods, prescription drugs, household and personal care products, as well as, our stress levels and negative emotions all have an impact on our body. But my intention for you is that you experiment, explore and engage yourself so that you learn something about you, your body, your mind and how it all works together. I can guarantee that you will become more mindful of your choices and the affects that each choice you make, moment by moment, has on your own body. One person may find themselves with increased energy and focus, another may find they are less congested and yet another person’s skin might clear up or they feel lighter and less bloated. Everyone is different and your experience will be different.

I have done this Refresh with thousands of participants twice a year for the last 9 years as an online program. Why? Because our body is inundated with toxins from our foods and our environment on a daily basis and it is wreaking havoc on our health. I see it all the time with my clients – from inflammation to weight management to brain fog to hormonal imbalances and the list goes on and on. The affect that our food and our lifestyle choices have on our body can be medicinal or poisonous.
